Our stunning meeting room for hire, accommodates up to 60 people. While our dining room downstairs is perfect for parties as large as 70. If you’re after a more laid-back affair, our bar area’s a great choice. All our function rooms are blessed with unique vistas across our stunning Cotswold golf course.
Easily accessible from the Midlands, London and the South West and with plenty of complimentary parking, we’re a very convenient meeting point for family and friends, as well as multi-site businesses.
Events in our Meeting Room for hire
Why not hold your next meeting at our recently refurbished James Braid Function Room? It offers everything you need for up to 60 people, depending on your layout requirements. This modern room is flooded with natural light and stunning views across our golf course. In-room facilities include: AV system, projectors, flipcharts and WIFI.
If you want a smaller and more intimate setting for your meeting, our Committee Room holds up to 12 people. You can book the Committee Room as a room in its own right or, if you’re hosting meetings in the James Braid Room, you can use it as a breakout room.
When business turns to pleasure, our Events Team are more than happy to coordinate golf competitions, sessions with our pros or fun competitions for you. You can also easily add our Club House Bar to your booking – it’s ideal if you’d like to host a drinks reception.
