Cirencester

The club provides FREE coaching to juniors.

The coaching is funded by a grant from the English Golf Union and this is matched by Cirencester Golf Club.

The funding allows for between 5 and 8 coaching sessions a year.

The standard coaching sessions are 45 minutes each.

Monday nights are now set up as a junior night where there will be a competition of sorts for both main club members and Cirencester Cobra members

Starting at 4pm on Mondays £2 per competition

Academy Juniors are taught in one group and Juniors who have completed their Passport and have a handicap in another. The coaching is organised by the Pro and his team and can either be held on the course or in the driving range. All juniors need to do is turn up on the right day and time!

Players that have a CONGU handicap of 28 and below are eligible to play for the Junior Team. Junior Team members can take advantage of our on-course coaching. They are responsible for organising themselves into groups of three and arranging a suitable date and time with the Pro. Again, there is no charge for this coaching.
